Mission Statement

Mission statement for Evolving Cultures Productions:

We are artists working with film as our medium.

The name Evolving Cultures Productions stands for our belief in humanity and our commitment to making documentary films and stories with a positive message.

Evolving Cultures Productions also stands for our interest in culture, history and art, especially as it pertains to traditional culture facing the future.

We believe that a tradition, which doesn't change, is dead. A culture which doesn't evolve, dissolves.

We feel that our world is at a crossroads where much positive change could happen, if we focus on the positive and are considerate towards each others physical, emotional and cultural differences.

We feel that documentaries, with a sensitive journalistic and artistic approach, can help prepare for the future by letting more people understand other each other as we face these powerful changing times.

It is our belief that film can be a medium to heal with the power of deep understanding, and that this healing can be experienced both by the viewer and by those being viewed.

It is our mission to work within these principles.
